He was born in traditional Ayurveda family. His father Dr Ram Garg is an international renowned Ayurveda physician. He completed B Com and B Sc naturopathy from Delhi University and also obtained diploma in Panchakarma from Kerala. He is also a visiting to Dr Ram Ayurveda in Johannesburg South Africa as an life coach. Currently, he is responsibly managing operations at Amritash Ayurveda Rishikesh center delivering quality & excellence to their customers.

Dr. Naina is our new member from Ayurveda Dr Ram Garg family traditions; a global prominent physician based in South Africa.
Dr. Naina obtained her Bachelor degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from government Ayurveda College Patiala Punjab. In addition to her University degree, she studied and practiced under the guidance of personal gurus and Ayurveda scholars in Kerala. This hard work added tremendous deepening to her knowledge and interpretation of the deeper layers of ancient Ayurvedic texts.
She has also done Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education (DNHE) and Diploma in Yoga and provides great Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation. She always tries to encourage her patients to take charge of their own health by making recommended dietary & lifestyle changes.
This vast experience made her a good speaker on any topic of natural health. She has lectured to many national and international platform to convey the hidden secrets of Ayurveda in a very simple way to understand and apply in life and practice.
She is an expert in Pulse Diagnosis and Dosha Analysis. She has experience in Panchkarma/Detoxification, Rejuvenation treatment and the healing powers of Ayurveda.
She is a young and inspired physician, infused with enthusiasm for the age-old Principles of Ayurveda and devotedher life in bringing authentic Ayurveda to patients and students all over the world. This is done with a vast ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and a modern approach.
She practices individualizedperson-specific Ayurveda treatments rather than disease-oriented treatment that gain her trust and love of a hundred of helped clients. Her expertise in Ayurveda gave relief to many clientsfrom their mental and physical ailment. Her immense interest in Ayurveda and pure dedication towards her clients has given her a great success at very young age.

level center, with the efforts of the team. Kuldeep Singh has very
well managed the team, always listening and taking actions at the
right time. He is a true manager who has picked up some Ayurveda
leanings as well. He is expert in Ayurveda cooking .HE SOMETIMES gives
some lessons on Ayurveda nutrional cooking courses.
